Product Testing
RF
Telecom Testing
TÜV Rheinland EPS is your address for highly
qualified and efficient international regulatory testing of a wide range of
radio products like RFID, GSM, Bluetooth, WLAN (MiMo and WIMAX), EAS, Alarm
systems, PMR, DECT phones, UWB, etc..
Safety
Testing
Our product safety laboratory has provided research and
testing services to the electro and electronic industries. As an accredited
testing laboratory, TÜV Rheinland EPS has developed outstanding reputation for
providing excellent service, superior value and outstanding quality.
Electro
Magnetic Compatibility (EMC) Testing
The latest global standards
are uniquely well known by the longexperienced EMC engineers of TÜV Rheinland
EPS. EMC is a bottleneck for many designers and therefore the luxury of our 3-
and 10 m Open Area Test Site (OATS) and the availability of an Anechoic Room
will put our customer’s products on the Global marker in a jiffy. The facilities
can handle industrial, medical, automotive and various other electronic
products.
Specific
Absorption Rate (SAR)
TÜV Rheinland EPS is the only accredited
(ISO 17025) test laboratory for SAR-testing in the Netherlands and can perform
these tests according to international standards on for instance: GSM, DECT,
WiFi, WiMAX, Bluetooth,PDA and many other products. This facility is also
available for engineering R&D and scientific research purposes.
Electro
magnetic fields (EMF)
Electro-magnetic fields are all around us,
almost everywhere. EMF exposure measurements consist of employing sensors to
determine the strength of the electromagnetic components at different
frequencies. TÜV Rheinland EPS conducts EMF exposure measurements in house as
well as “on-site” to determine the field strengths for FM/AM radio, GSM, UMTS,
WiFi and Radar sites up to 40GHz, Broadband measurements from 80MHz up to
2.1GHz. Magnetic fieldstrengths from 2Hz up to 30MHz.
Medical
Products
As the premier regulatory partner, TÜVRheinland® offers
medical device manufacturers an easy regulatory solution for medical and EMC
safety testing, allowing fast entry into the global market. Product safety
testing for the medical market can go far beyond traditional testing, as the
requirements for electrical safety testing of medical electronic devices are
more stringent then those for other electronic devices.
